AVAVA Home – Real Estate Marketplace HTML Template
A dark, editorial HTML template for estate agencies, developers and property portals. 68 hand-built pages, one stylesheet, one script, no build step and no framework to learn — open a file, edit it, upload it.
What you get
- 3 homepages — three different openings for the same agency.
- 16 listing layouts — 5 grids, 5 lists and 6 map views, including a three-way switcher and a full-screen search workspace.
- 7 property registers — for sale, to rent, new builds, recently sold, land & plots, commercial, and a complete A–Z directory.
- 5 property detail pages — galleries, floor plans, street view, video chapters, room-by-room breakdowns and reviews.
- 19 dashboard screens — 9 for the buyer (saved homes, searches, viewings, price alerts, messages, documents, selling) and 10 for the agent (desk, listings, add a property, viewings, offers, enquiries, clients, performance).
- 4 journal pages — two index styles, two article styles, with an RSS feed.
- 14 content and tool pages — about, agents, agent profile, pricing, FAQ, contacts, careers, compare, mortgage calculator, home loan process, sign-up, coming soon, 404, and a full style guide page documenting every component.
Built to be edited
- Vanilla JavaScript. No jQuery, no Bootstrap, no npm install, no bundler. Every behaviour is a numbered block in one commented
main.js. - One stylesheet in numbered sections, with every colour, size and radius coming from a CSS custom property. Change the palette in one
:rootblock and the whole site follows. - Self-hosted maps. Leaflet ships inside the download and runs on 13 pages — no CDN, no API key, no account.
- Progressive enhancement. Every page renders, reads and navigates with JavaScript switched off. The mobile menu is pure CSS.
- Valid, semantic HTML5 with real headings, real tables for tabular data, labelled forms, skip links and ARIA where it earns its place.
Responsive and accessible
Tested from a 320px phone to a large desktop in current Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Sizes are fluid via clamp(), so there is no fixed maximum width. Everything the desktop reveals on hover is shown permanently on touch screens — nothing on the page is reachable only with a mouse.
Working tools, not screenshots
The mortgage calculator, the affordability and move-in calculators, the compare bench, the price simulators and the filter, sort and pagination on every listing page all actually run in the browser.
Documentation
A 12-section HTML manual is included: getting started, file structure, changing colours, swapping fonts, replacing images, editing content, every JavaScript feature, validating your changes, browser support and the licence behind every asset.
Images
The hero slides on the three homepages and the small round avatars are included and licensed to you with the template. All other imagery is supplied as blueprint-style placeholders drawn at the exact size the layout expects, with that size printed on them — drop your own photography in at those dimensions and nothing shifts.
Not included
This is an HTML template: there is no back end, no database and no CMS. Map tiles and the two Google Fonts are the only things loaded from the network at run time.
